Abstract
There exist a desire to stream temporarily distanced live video over Wi-Fi to large numbers of devices all in a relatively small area. This may be useful in stadiums where supporters wish to watch the game, but also be able to scroll back in time to replay a decisive moment quickly. Previous work has been made to implement pull-patching for RTP streams over multicast, but this code was not compatible with the license of the library it was written for and requires substantial rewriting to comply. In this thesis, I seek to rectify this by making the code compliant with the license and hopefully moving us one step toward a fully capable system.
