Hvordan endrer industri 4.0 kompetansekrav i industrien?

Abstract

Denne masteroppgaven ser på endring av kompetansekrav i Industri 4.0. For å utforske problemstillingen gjøres en litteraturstudie om kompetanse i Industri 4.0. For å illustrere funnene i litteraturstudiet gjøres en komparativt casestudie. Her ser jeg på tre ulike case, ett som illustrerer avansert produksjon som ikke er Industri 4.0, ett som representerer en vanlig produksjonsfabrikk som har begynt å ta i bruk Industri 4.0 og ett som lager industri 4.0 løsninger for industrien. Funnene i studien tyder på at det vil stilles høyere og andre krav til kompetanse i Industri 4.0. Særlig tyder funnene på at vilje til å tilpasse seg forandring, evnen til å jobbe tverrfaglig og evnen til problemløsning og å ta avgjørelser vil være viktig.

In this master thesis changes required competencies relating to the advancement of industry 4.0 is explored. To explore this a literary review of research about competency in industry 4.0 is done. To support the findings the case studies is done to illustrate how industry 4.0 is changing skill needs in production industry. To highlight differences a highly efficient none industry 4.0 factory, a representative factory with a clear industry 4.0 project and a company that creates industry 4.0 solutions for industry companies is uses as basis for the cases. In the conclusion evidence that suggest that industri 4.0 will require higher and different competence in industry. The findings suggests that the ability to adapt to changes, multidisiplin knowledge, and the ability to solve problems and decision making will be especially important.
