Abstract
This thesis makes use of actor-network theory and the concepts of framing, program/anti-program and good & bad passages in order to test their potential in studying the documents of road planning projects. The case of planned changes to a road system at Økern in Oslo is the subject of the study. The empirical material consists of planning documents, public interventions and answers to these. Topics discussed are accommodation for public transport, private property and green corridors (walk paths).
