The finding of this thesis is that it seems like the network of Agents has a positive influence on the innovative climate in terms of support, knowledge and challenge. The innovative climate is affected by the network of Agents with the facilitation of the Innovation Agent Program, by an increase in engagement, drive, humour and encouragement for creativity at all levels in the organization, however to different extent. Statkraft is a Norwegian publicly owned company and leading in Europe within renewable energy. The company has an important role in the Norwegian society both historically and currently.
