Abstract
I denne master oppgaven ser jeg på teorien bak en Optisk pinset, og på de forskjellige måtene man kan kalibrere pinsetten på. I tillegg ble Dynamisk lyspredning (DLS) brukt til å måle partikkel størrelsene
 
This masters project describes the theory behind optical tweezers, and looks at the different methods attempted in order to calibrate the optical tweezers and the difficulties encountered during that process. In addition dynamic light scattering (DLS) was used to determine the particle size.
