Abstract
Feminist legal methods contribute a flexible, expansive and iterative perspective to the challenge of regulating new risks in AI. As the EU aims to mitigate ‘new risks’ raised by AI technologies through the proposed AI Act, AI-driven gender inequality provides a thematically relevant ex-ample for a feminist evaluation of the requirements for providers of high-risk AI systems under the EU Proposal.
