Abstract
Denne rettssosiologiske oppgaven undersøker hvordan lov om kollektiv beskyttelse virker i samfunnet. Dette gjøres ved å undersøke hvordan to distriktskommuner, Molde og Ålesund, har tatt imot, bosatt og integrert de ukrainske flyktningene. Oppgaven undersøker også hva som er nytt i henhold til integreringspolitikken og hvilke eksepsjonelle omstendigheter som oppstår. This legal sociology thesis examines how the Collective Protection Act works in society. This is done by examining how two district municipalities, Molde and Ålesund, have received, settled and integrated the Ukrainian refugees. The assignment also examines what is new according to the integration policy and what exceptional circumstances arise.
